Nursing Home Week Celebrated

OSWEGO, NY – Morningstar Residential Care Center recognized National Nursing Home Week, with a number of activities for both staff and residents.

Residents gathered outside to watch Morningstar’s staff compete in a friendly dodgeball tournament.

Residents cheered for their favorites and enjoyed the non-stop action as team members executed the five Ds of dodgeball: dodge, duck, dip, dive and dodge!

The dodgeball tournament was one of the many events and themed activities that Morningstar hosted for its residents throughout the week.
