Fulton, NY – Senior Director Oswego County Opportunities Residential Services, Patrick Waite, and Mental Health Program Coordinator, Elizabeth Thompson (right) present Shauntelle Farden, supervised residence counselor with OCO Mental Health Transitional Living, with recognition award.
