OCO Giving Thanks Food and Beverage Pairing set for November 14th.

FULTON – Fall is upon us. Mornings are chilly, trees are becoming colorful, apples and pumpkins abound, and plans are underway for one of fall’s most anticipated events…Oswego County Opportunities Giving Thanks!

 

Giving Thanks brings together the areas favorite restaurants, eateries and food trucks for Oswego County’s premier food and beverage paring event. Giving Thanks will be held November 14th at the Lake Ontario Event and Conference Center, 26 East First Street in Oswego. Major sponsors for the event are G & C Foods, Eagle Beverage, Constellation and National Grid. Giving Thanks serves as a fundraiser for OCO’s “Thrive In ‘25”, From Hardship to Hope” initiative, creating pathways to self-sufficiency and a stronger community for all.

 

“It’s an exciting evening that gets bigger and better every year,” said Fund Development Coordinator Bridget Dolbear. “Food stations throughout the venue will offer attendees the opportunity to enjoy delicacies from the menus of some of Oswego County’s finest restaurants, eateries, and food trucks; each paired with the perfect beverage sample especially chosen to complement the dish. There will also be a number of drawings, the return of our Upcycled Art Auction, a wine pull, and live entertainment from singer/songwriter Cam Caruso.”

 

OCO’s Giving Thanks Food and Beverage Paring serves as a vehicle to highlight the agency’s many programs and services and as a fundraiser to ensure that OCO will be able to maintain and continue to make these programs and services available.
