FULTON – At a recent Fulton Sunrise Rotary meeting, Rotarian Patrick Waite, deputy assistant director, with Oswego County Opportunities for 36 years, presented a program with video showing OCO involvement in our community and all the services it provides.

OCO is a private, not-for-profit agency that was founded 51 years ago.

Some of the many services they provide for our community is housing, transportation and even a mobile van to do HIV/STI testing.
