OCO Honors Pair

FULTON, NY – Oswego County Opportunities’ recently recognized Kathleen Parsons, RN (center), 5 years and Betty Morency-Atkinson, RN (right), 10 years, for their service to OCO and its consumers in the agency’s Developmentally Disabled Services.
Presenting the award is Sue Parisian, nurse manager, OCO Developmentally Disabled Services.
