OCO Pair Recognized

FULTON, NY – Oswego County Opportunities’ board member Yvonne Petrella (left) and director of education services Beth Kazel (right) recently recognized two employees.
Head Start teacher Doreen Jetty-McCoy (second from left, 25 years) and early childhood education coordinator Kristin Masuicca (second from right, 20 years) were recognized.
They were presented with longevity awards for their loyal service to OCO and its consumers.
