OCO Recognizes Outstanding Employee

FULTON – Oswego County Opportunities (OCO) Candra McFarland (r) accepts the Outstanding Employee Award from OCO Sr. Director of Finance Maria Chatteron (l).  Gawarecki, who joined OCO as a Support Services Assistant, now serves as OCO’s Accounting and Payroll Manager.
