OCO Recognizes Retiring Board Members

OSWEGO, NY – President of the board of directors for Oswego County Opportunities, John Babcock, recognized retiring board members, Yvonne Petrella and Paul Santore during OCO’s annual meeting held March 24 at Springside at Seneca Hill.
The two were recognized for their years of work on the agency’s board of directors and their dedication to OCO.
