OCO’s Elizabeth Allen Receives Longevity Award

FULTON – Oswego County Opportunities (OCO) recently recognized Elizabeth Allen, DSP with the agency’s Day / Community Habilitation program with a longevity award for two years of loyal service to OCO and its consumers.
