OSWEGO – The Oswego High School Drama Club has announced the cast and performance dates for its fall play entitled “Knight of Swords,” an original work by Fitzhugh Park Elementary School music teacher Garrett Heater.
The play follows Josh, played by Nolan Callahan, a high school student fascinated with serial killers as he hosts a Halloween party for his crush Emily, played by Abby Cook, in an infamous abandoned home.
Josh is aware that the serial killer Carl Harper, played by Jack Lee, murdered a family of five at the home in 1970 and brings a Ouji board, Tarot cards, and encourages his friends to dress like the original murder victims in order to agitate any ghosts.
As a horrifying series of events unfolds, a regretful Josh watches his friends fall victim to a dead serial killer’s rage.
“Knight of Swords” will run November 3 and 4 at 7:30 p.m. in the Robinson-Faust Theatre of the Performing Arts at Oswego High School.
