With daily dress-up themes, including “Topsy Turvy Tuesday” and “Throwback Thursday” culminating in Friday’s raucous pep rally, the excitement of Spirit Week filled the OMS hallways and classrooms.

“There was tons of positive energy in the school all week,” said OMS Principal Mary Beth Fierro.

The annual tradition gives the entire school a chance to express themselves and show what it means to be “Once a Buc, Always a Buc,” reminding students to always “take care of yourself, take care of others and take care of our school.”

The pep rally included fiercely-contested competitions in relay races and tug-of-war between the seventh and eighth grade classes, as well as recognition of the school’s modified athletic programs and marching band participants.
