Ortiz-Rosario Marks Three Decades With Oswego County

OSWEGO – The Oswego County Legislature’s Human Services Committee presented a certificate of appreciation to Migdalia Ortiz-Rosario at last month’s meeting of the full Legislature.
She is a social services investigator who is celebrating 30 years of service to the county.
