Oswego Board Honors Young CER Artists

OSWEGO, NY – Recently the Oswego City School District Board of Education recognized two Charles E. Riley Elementary School students for their artwork which chosen for the New York State Art Teacher Association Legislative Student Art Exhibit in Albany.

Recognized were Arin Wendt and Turner McElroy.
