Oswego Bookstore Celebrates 15th Anniversary

OSWEGO – Nola Blum and her mother accepted her winning “Back to School Backpack” recently at Time & Again Books and Tea.

The used bookstore at 18 E. Utica St., is entering its 15th year in business with the first of a series of gifts to customers.

The back to school winner was selected by store customer, Cayce Maher.

The store will be doing more ‘gifts’ to celebrate its anniversary; for Christmas and probably Easter.
