OSWEGO COUNTY – The Oswego County Board of Health has canceled its August meeting scheduled for 9 a.m. Friday, Aug. 4 as it does not have a quorum. Meetings require a minimum number of members (a quorum) to be present to validate meeting business.
The Board will reconvene for its regularly scheduled meeting in September.
