OSWEGO COUTY -The Oswego County Legislature’s Finance and Personnel Committee recognized Susan Pritchard for her 30 years of service with the county upon her retirement. Pritchard served as an administrative assistant for the Oswego County Human Resources Department. Pictured from left are legislators David M.
