Oswego County Honors Ortiz Rosario

OSWEGO, NY – The Oswego County Legislature’s Human Services Committee recently presented a certificate of appreciation to Migdalia “Maggie” Ortiz Rosario for her 25 years of service.
Ortiz Rosario is a social services investigator with the Oswego County Department of Social Services.
