Oswego County Legislature Presents Certificate Of Appreciation

OSWEGO – The Oswego County Legislature’s Infrastructure and Facilities Committee presents Bertram “Butch” Drought with a certificate of appreciation for his 35 years of service to the county.
Drought is a highway worker III at the Oswego County Highway Department.
