Oswego County Legislature Chairman Barry Leemann recently presented a proclamation designating March as American Red Cross Month in Oswego County. The Onondaga-Oswego chapter responds to natural or human-caused disasters and provides health and safety training. At hand to receive the proclamation was Lauren Grimaldi, intern with the local chapter of the American Red Cross.
