OSWEGO – The Oswego County Human Services Committee recently presented a proclamation designating April as Sexual Assault Awareness Month to representatives of Oswego County Opportunities Services to Aid Families.

The initiative raises awareness about the devastating impact of this issue as well as the variety of services available to its victims and survivors.
