Oswego County Recognizes Officer Goodsell

OSWEGO – The Oswego County Legislature’s Public Safety Committee presented Robert Goodsell with a certificate of appreciation for his decade of service.
Goodsell is a corrections officer with the Oswego County Sheriff’s Office.
