Oswego County Recognizes Wanda Ketcham

OSWEGO, NY – The Oswego County Legislature’s Health and Human Services Committee presented Wanda Ketcham with a certificate of appreciation for her 15 years of service.
Ketcham is a senior typist with Oswego County Hospice.
