Oswego Opera Announces Auditions

OSWEGO – The Oswego Opera will hold auditions for the upcoming production of Brundibár, a children’s opera.

Children of all ages are invited.

The auditions will take place on December 2, from noon to 4 p.m. in Tyler Hall on the SUNY Oswego campus, room 50.

An accompanist will be provided.

Singers should bring a prepared selection, in English.

Brundibar is a moving, uplifting story about children overcoming adversity.

It was written in the Terezin concentration camp by a Holocaust victim, Hans Krása.

The opera will be performed on April 14 and 15, 2018.
