OSWEGO – The Oswego Players’ Theater Arts Youth Academy is holding auditions for their very first virtual production of the fall titled “Do You Read Me.” And if you’re 8 years old or older, you are invited to try out for a part in this very funny comedy.

Here’s what it’s all about…
“Everyone at NASA thinks that Dr. Weaver’s Mars colony is a joke, because it’s full of average joes instead of astronauts. As Dr. Weaver takes reports from the self-appointed experts, disappointed sci-fi fans, and customer service nightmares that inhabit the colony under the leadership of the arrogant Commander, the mission starts to seem impossible. But could there be more to the story than they’re letting on? Do You Read Me? is a space comedy about community.”

Norm Berlin, Director, and his crew are looking for nine actors (8 yrs. and older) who want to help make this show come alive. All students MUST have access to a computer with internet service.

And when the show is ready, we are going to broadcast it October 16, 17, 18, 23, 24, 25 to the public so that everyone can get a ticket and tune in for some great laughs.

Go to the website: oswegoplayers.org and download the Audition Form today, fill it out and return it before September 17th to get your spot for a ZOOM audition.
