Oswego Rotary Club Updated On Child Advocacy Center

OSWEGO, NY – Oswego Rotary hosted Melanie Proper from the Child Advocacy Center of Oswego County recently.
Ms. Proper is a mental health counselor at the CAC.
The center is a safe, child-friendly site for the investigation, prosecution and treatment of child abuse.
The CAC partners with several local agencies to protect children and aid in the prevention and treatment of traumatic events in a child’s life.
The center is located in Fulton at 301 Beech St.
