Oswego Rotary Welcomes New President

OSWEGO, NY – Oswego Rotary Club welcomed new 2015-2016 President Dr. Richard Tesoriero at a recent Changing of the Guard ceremony.

Tesoriero has been a long-standing member of Oswego Rotary for more than two decades, has been a practicing chiropractor for 34 years and is very active in the Oswego community.
In his spare time, Dr. T. and his wife raise sheep on their farm.
