Oswego Salvation Army Corps officers to be honored

OSWEGO, NY – Captain Kenneth and Major Corinne Hayes, Oswego Salvation Army Corps officers, will be honored at a public reception on June 17.
The event will take place from 2 – 4 p.m., at the Citadel, 73 W. Second St.
The Hayes are preparing to move to their next assignment in Niagara Falls.
