Oswego To Test Fire Hydrants

OSWEGO, NY – The Oswego Fire Department will be conducting hydrant testing primarily in the Sixth and Seventh wards from now and throughout the summer and early fall.

In addition to testing and marking the hydrants,  the tops will be color coded.

This may cause temporary reduced water pressure to residents in those areas and there is a possibility of water discoloration.
