Otis Celebrates Retirement After 31 Years

OSWEGO, NY – The Oswego County Legislature’s Public Safety Committee presented Kelly Otis with a certificate of appreciation upon her retirement after 31 years of service.
Otis was a probation supervisor with the Oswego County Probation Department.
