OSWEGO – Anyone interested in potentially joining the Oz Roller Girls roller derby league and seeing a free bout can mark June 19 on their calendars.

Oz will hold a recruitment night and present a free intraleague bout titled Game Over, sponsored by the LabMan conference, at 7 p.m. in Oswego’s Crisafulli Rink.
Attendees are asked to bring unused school supplies to benefit the local Stuff A Bus project in lieu of an admission fee.
Two home teams of Oz skaters — the Blue Screams of Death and the Killa-Bytes — will square off in the tech-themed bout.
The league is always looking for skaters, referees and other volunteers and will provide training.
Event sponsor LabMan – the Academic Lab Management Conference – will run June 18 to 20 at SUNY Oswego and gather professionals who maintain computer workstations at colleges, universities, school districts and libraries.
Those unable to make the event but still interested in information can visit http://www.ozrollergirls.org/join-us or email [email protected]
