Pageant Of Champions Winners Honored

OSWEGO, NY – Victor earned first place in the National Class at the annual Oswego “Pageant of Champions.”

Presenting the award to the drum majors are Oswego High School Principal Brian Hartwell (left) and Superintendent of Schools Bill Crist.
