Palmitesso Marks 30 Years Of Service

OSWEGO, NY – The Oswego County Legislature’s Human Services Committee presented Carleen Palmitesso with a certificate of appreciation for her 30 years of service to the county.
Palmitesso is a caseworker with the Oswego County Department of Social Services.
