In spite of the wet conditions, more than 150 parents and students feasted on hamburgers and hot dogs, salt potatoes, and more amid the carnival atmosphere of balloon animals, games, face painting and all around fun. The event offered an opportunity to re-connect with friends, teachers, and others in the school as the new school year has begun.
The picnic was sponsored by the Parent Teacher Association.
