Patrol Officer Midlar Receives Certificate From Oswego County

OSWEGO – The Oswego County Legislature’s Public Safety and Emergency Services Committee recognized Deputy Charles Midlar with a certificate of appreciation for his 10 years of service.
Midlar is a patrol officer with the Oswego County Sheriff’s Department.
