OSWEGO, NY – Peaceful Remedies will host a Cor Unum (One Heart) yoga class designed for those being treated for cancer or on the road of recovery.

Class meets weekly, Thursdays from 4 to 5:10 p.m. and consists of breathing techniques and poses that positively impact the mind and body.
Each class individualizes to the needs of each participant.
The class is located at North Coast Yoga Studio, 17 W. Cayuga St., and is led by Linda Hjortshoj.
All classes are complimentary for anyone undergoing treatment or five years or less out of treatment.
