Pennock Celebrates 25 Years Of Service With Oswego County

OSWEGO, NY – The Oswego County Legislature’s Human Services Committee presented Patricia Pennock with a certificate of appreciation for her 25 years of service.
Pennock is a senior caseworker at the Oswego County Department of Social Services.
