OSWEGO – Pepper is coming into his own at two months – curious, playful, affectionate and utterly fearless.

He keeps trying to make friends with the older cats and dogs in his foster home, but they are uniformly cranky and just ignore him.

So, he needs a home where he can make new friends.

Be warned that he is also addicted to Spider Solitaire and you cannot play that game on your computer without help from him!

Please contact the OCHS office during business hours at 315-207-1070 or via email anytime at [email protected] for information on adopting Pepper so he can “spice” up your life.
