Pinwheels to fight Child Abuse Project Under Way

OSWEGO, NY – The fight against child abuse has been undertaken throughout the Oswego City School District.

Currently a fundraiser to benefit the Child Advocacy Center and Prevent Child Abuse NY is being conducted at every school.

Students and staff can purchase pinwheels to created a pinwheel garden to serve as a symbol for child abuse prevention.

The project will end on May 23.

Participating in the effort are (in front) Parker Koproski and Isabella Koproski along with (second row) Alex Koproski, Gretchen Dowd and Elyse Maniccia along with parent and district employee Pam Dowd and Superintendent of Schools Bill Crist.
