FULTON, NY – Account executive Janice Webb of POMCO (center) presented a check in the amount of $1,000 to Oswego County Opportunities representatives Betsy Copps corporate compliance officer (left) and Margaret Barclay, fund development coordinator in support of the agency’s recent Scrabble Fest fundraiser for OCO Literacy Volunteers.
