OSWEGO, NY – The Oswego Association of Administrative Personnel, which represents Oswego School District principals and directors, recently made the first organizational donation to the newly formed non-profit Port City Educational Foundation.

This foundation is not affiliated directly with the Oswego City School District, but has been created to support and contribute to the educational experience of Oswego youngsters.
Gathering together are Dean Goewey (treasurer), PCEF board member Donald Goewey, Mary Slimmer (president), PCEF board member Scott DelConte and Bill Symons (vice president).
Anyone wishing to support the organization should contact Slimmer or Dean Goewey.
Jeff Wallace is the capital fundraiser and Edwards Jones is their financial group.
