Pulaski Welcomes Oswego County Legislature

PULASKI – Oswego County Legislator Shawn Doyle, District 3 (Pulaski, Richland), welcomes the full Legislature to its August meeting at the H. Douglas Barclay Courthouse in Pulaski.
The annual tradition recognizes the village’s historic status as a former co-county seat.
From 1816 to the early 20th century, Oswego County operated as a “two-shire” county with seats in both Pulaski and Oswego.
