PULASKI – The Oswego County Legislature held its August meeting at the H. Douglas Barclay Courthouse in Pulaski.
The annual tradition recognizes the village’s historic status as a former co-county seat.
From 1816 to the early 20th century, Oswego County operated as a “two-shire” county with seats in Pulaski and Oswego.
