Pulaski’s Smith Presented With Roger Neilson Award

PULASKI – Pulaski High School senior Noah Smith was recently presented with the Roger Neilson Award at the PACS Varsity Football banquet.

The award is given to a student that best represents the accomplishments and leadership qualities of Roger Neilson, a successful football coach for Pulaski in the 1950s and ‘60s.
