FULTON, NY – Transitional living supervisor Beth Thompson (left) and mental health program coordinator Carolyn Hurley of Oswego County Opportunities present Seth Capone with an award.
He was cited for five years of dedicated service.
Capone is a mental health counselor with OCO’s Transitional Living Division.
