Richmond Marks 25 Years Of Service With Oswego County

OSWEGO – The Oswego County Legislature’s Public Safety Committee presented D. Michael Richmond with a certificate of appreciation for his 25 years of service to the county.
Richmond is a senior probation officer with the Oswego County Probation Department.
