Rossiter Celebrates 25 Years With Oswego County

OSWEGO – The Oswego County Legislature’s Public Safety Committee recognized Sergeant Scott Rossiter for 25 years of service with the Oswego County Sheriff’s Department. The committee presented a certificate of appreciation to Rossiter at its July meeting.
