Rotarian of Excellence Award Presented

FULTON, NY – At a recent District Changing of the Guard meeting, Doug Stevens, Fulton Sunrise Rotary, was presented with the 2013 Rotarian of Excellence Award by President Patrick Waite.
This award exemplifies Service Above Self.
Fulton Sunrise Rotary meets every Friday at 7 a.m. at Fulton’s Riverside Inn.
