Nancy Kush Ellis, left, introduced Nancy Fox to the members of the Fulton Rotary club at a recent meeting. Nancy Fox would like to start a new CNY Arts program in Fulton, that is focused on all types of art: visual, performing and literary. The organization wants to provide programs that will encourage artists of all kinds. The group will focus on all ages: youth, seniors and at risk. Nancy then pointed out the value of having a good arts program in Fulton including creating jobs, generating revenue, increasing tourist traffic and attracting investors.
