OSWEGO, NY – On Aig. 6, the Oswego Sunrise Rotary Club visited SUNY Oswego to learn about storm chasing.
Dr. Alfred Stemm told the assembled Rotarians about his experience chasing tornadoes.
Students and teachers from Oswego traveled to “tornado ally” this spring to study the origins of rotation in tornados.
While at Piez Hall, the Rotarians witnessed several water spouts forming on Lake Ontario from the roof of Piez Hall.
