FULTON – At a recent Fulton Sunrise Rotary meeting, Rotarian Patrick Waite introduced April Flett, Migrant Services Program Manager for Oswego County Opportunities.

She gave an overview of the program and services provided to migrant workers in the Oswego, Jefferson, Onondaga and Lewis
County region.
The goal of the program is to keep the migrant workers healthy while they are here.
Training is provided to the farmers during the off-season.
